ROLE OVERVIEW:
KARL STORZ is currently seeking a Legal Counsel - Labor &
Employment to join the Americas Global Legal Department.
We are seeking an attorney with experience with U.S. multi-state
employment law issues. You will report to and assist senior Labor &
Employment counsel by providing legal advice and support to the
Human Resources (HR) Departments and managing employment disputes,
including litigation.
This role is newly created in a relatively new Legal Department and
will directly impact the Legal Department's mission, productivity,
and strategic priorities. We are looking for a proactive,
resourceful, and trustworthy individual with attention to detail
who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with business
partners at all levels. The ideal candidate will be a problem
solver who is comfortable juggling multiple matters on a broad
range of subjects, adapting to shifting priorities, using good
judgment with sensitive information, driving process improvements,
and working with a team.
