Angeles, Singapore and London is seeking a Corporate Immigration

T&S provides immigration services for a wide range of clients
including Fortune 100 companies.What you'll be doing:
- Handle a high volume caseload of nonimmigrant and immigrant
petitions/applications, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, PERM,
I-140 (including EB-1), and I-485
- Supervise paralegals of various skill levels and provide
substantive instruction to staff using knowledge of business
immigration
- Use case management programs and other reporting tools and
technologies to manage data and information.
- Work with clients to perform intake of cases, identify issues,
and make recommendations regarding potential case strategies
- Analyze case documents and review immigration applications for
filing with the appropriate government agency
- Draft complex motions, appeals, and responses to government
agency requests
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and regularly
communicate with corporate client and foreign nationals on case
strategy and legal requirements
- Participate in client webinars and on-site one-on-one meetings
as needed
- Oversee timely progress of cases from beginning to end to
ensure satisfaction of client SLAs
- Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment while
building knowledge of firm and client processesRequirementsWhat you
need:
- Must be admitted and legally eligible to practice law in the
United States
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working in business
immigration with both nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based
matters
- Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for common
nonimmigrant and immigrant benefit requests
- Client service mindset with superior attention to detail and a
high level of productivity
- Experience in a high volume practice is preferred, as is
paralegal management. Work experience with global immigration is a
