Law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Encino office location. Duties :

  • Filing, scanning & photocopying documents
  • Provide reception & office phone coverage as needed
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Assist in office upkeep & ordering supplies Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1 year of corporate/professional services office experience
    • An interest in legal industry/law practice
