Job Description As the Legal Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for client calls and questions. The Legal Receptionist must be personable, organized, dependable, flexible, be able to multitask and be computer literate. The Legal Receptionist duties will include offering administrative support by answering incoming phone calls from clients inquiring about their immigration case. The Legal Receptionist will provide client support for all office locations therefore, multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. To be successful, the ideal candidate must be patient, empathetic, customer focused, and a good listener. Responsibilities Answer, screen, and forward high-volume incoming phone calls politely and professionally Route calls to appropriate team member Take messages from clients when necessary Task call backs to the appropriate team member Research case matter updates in database for clients while maintaining positive customer connection. Provide fundamental and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Use various forms for effective correspondence Perform data entry and general administrative tasks Update calendars and schedule meetings Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) with written and verbal proficiency is required Familiarity with Immigration Law 2 or more years of previous experience in a high call volume setting is required Professional attitude, appearance, and phone etiquette Solid written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude and ability to problem solve. Reliable and strong work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CLIO (Preferred) Here at the Matian Firm, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
