Job Description:

*Seeking experienced litigation attorney with 8+ years of complex litigation experience in state (California) and federal court to join a prominent law firm in the Sherman Oaks/Encino area.
*You should have exceptional legal research & writing skills, law & motion practice, propounding and responding to discovery, making court appearances, taking/defending depositions, and preparing for trial.
*An active California bar license in good standing is required.
*At least 8+ years of relevant complex commercial and employment (defense) litigation experience required, in addition to the ability to manage a busy and active caseload.
*Solid academic credentials from a top law school (top 50 ranking or higher preferred) and experience with a reputable law firm required for consideration.
*Salary is competitive and will depend on experience.
