Associate General Counsel - $200-$250K - Creative Company - Downtown

Seeking an Associate General Counsel to play a key role in all commercial transactions, privacy and product compliance, and advise internal teams globally on legal issues. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience and knowledge, passionate to take on this all-encompassing role.   • Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements
  • Lead the counsel on all commercial transactions throughout the company
  • Analyze and advise on complex issues related to data privacy
  • Advise business clients on company policies
  • Exercise judgement with negotiating business and legal terms
  • Coordinate with colleagues from every part of the company
    • Ability to lead and drive collaboration
    • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, negotiation, and drafting skills
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent business and legal judgement
    • Preferred technology or fashion industry experience
    • J.D. degree or equivalent
    • 6-8 years of practicing law in house
