Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Brand Technology Lead,
Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and the
technology implementation team to lead CRM strategy and
execution
Plan and oversee a portfolio of technology projects from ideation
to completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment
Champion organizational change and define user-centric approaches
to enhance productivity within technology tools
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
qualifications with varying years of experience
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically
US Patient Services
Excellent project and portfolio management skills
Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization
Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms is preferred
