seeking a Director of Clinical Operations. Our ideal candidate is
someone who has experience at this level or had success in a
managerial role and is looking to lean in and take on something
bigger. This person has an innovative mind and a collaborative
heart. The role is highly cross-functional and strategic, which
will require both creative and analytical thinking. The Director of
Clinical Operations will work closely with leaders across sales,
operations, and clinical departments, and will rigorously apply
data to guide strategy and determine success. While collaborative
and innovative, the Director of Clinical Operations is also
passionately accountable to objective performance measures.This
role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the site's
clinical operations and program-level performance. This includes
performance across clinical, team, growth, and financial
objectives. This position is the Clinical Director position, as
required by DSS regulations.Major Responsibilities:Upholds and
maintains the vision, mission, and company values (i.e.,
Lightfully's Shining Commitments).Leads site-level teams to
achievement of goals in key areas of the business:ClinicalProvides
leadership and day-to-day management of the site's clinical
operations; leads team to achieve key clinical performance
indicators.Partners with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and VP of
Clinical Training to implement quality initiatives and clinical
trainings.Achieves optimal client lengths-of-stay metrics,
including facilitation of client admissions and transitions within
levels of care.Works with Compliance to ensure safety and
compliance with all governing bodies and internal policies and
procedures.Responsible for the client treatment experience at
specific site.Oversees treatment team to ensure clinical excellence
and the delivery of appropriate clinical
interventions.FinancialResponsible for meeting monthly budget
targets.Manages labor (adherence to labor model) and other variable
expenses.Participates in monthly operating review for region, with
executive leadership team.TeamOversees hiring, performance
management, and job leveling for site-level positions.Ensures
resolution of complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions at
the site-level.Optimizes employee engagement, retention, and
turnover at the site-level.Works with VP of Clinical Training to
ensure site-level teams onboarded and trained
effectively.GrowthAccomplishes metrics related to ADC, inquiries,
and admissions.Drives site-level census growth in partnership with
Marketing, Outreach, and Admissions.CultureEnsures implementation
of programs, across region, to promote the Company's culture,
vision, and Shining Commitments.Performs other duties, as
assigned.Specific Skills/Competencies:Excellent management and
supervisory skills.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.Excellent organizational and time management
skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar
software.General Skills and Requirements:Able to communicate
effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Able to work
for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.Qualifications:Master's degree in psychology-related
field.Full clinical licensure required. Must meet minimum
qualifications for BBS supervisor.2 years experience managing
others.The pay range for this position is $96,000-$138,000
