• 1 year of work experience, ideally in Technology, Sales or Human Resources (corporate environment desired)
• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Conducting web research/searches
• Screening applicant resumes
• Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom
• Performing reference checks
• Soliciting new clients
• Cold-calling
• Candidate relationship building and management
• Participate in networking events
