US The opportunity EY's Risk and Supplier Services (RSS) solution
is the leader in providing innovative and practical end-to-end Risk
and Supplier solutions. The team has assisted hundreds of companies
across all industries to improve and/or operate their solutions
across overall management of their Suppliers, inclusive of direct
and indirect sourcing interactions related to risk and performance
management, through broader supplier oversight and governance. -
The RSS team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Strategy & Growth Manager to join our growing team. Applicants
should have an interest in understanding the RSS portfolio and
enabling the growth of all the underlying solutions. This role will
require developing and executing on strategies that drive business
growth, market expansion, and competitive advantages. This manager
will be responsible for supporting the relationships internal and
external to the RSS organization and driving cross-functional
collaboration to achieve overall business objectives. The ideal
candidate will have a combination of analytical skills, strategic
thinking, leadership abilities, and the capacity to adapt to
changing internal dynamics and market trends. Key responsibilities
These roles and responsibilities can evolve and adapt based on the
organization's growth and trajectory, industry shifts, and
strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include developing and
executing on the organization's strategic vision, collaborating
with key stakeholders to align on areas of growth and expansion,
and monitoring key performance and risk indicators to drive healthy
growth, draw insights, and adjust strategies. Each team member is
also expected to contribute to the RSS sales cycles via pursuit
support. Key areas of focus for this role will include:
- Strategic planning: -Collaborate with senior leadership to
define the organizational objectives and growth goals; subsequently
develop strategic plans/roadmaps that outline actionable steps and
identify/monitor key performance indicators to achieve overall
business objectives.
- Project management: -Oversee the implementation of growth
strategies and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and
collaboration with cross-functional teams; track progress and
dependencies to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or challenges
that arise.
- Business development: -Assist with potential account
partnerships (i.e., strategic client discussions with significant
visibility) and expansion opportunities that align with the
organization's growth objectives; assist with internal and external
research to develop thought leadership and convey the value
proposition. Also, support the internal and external relationships
to facilitate that cross-functional collaboration across these
opportunities.
- Competitive analysis: -Conduct market research and analysis to
gather insights on market trends, competitive positioning, growth
opportunities, and potential risks to the business; use market
research to develop/adjust strategies, maintain competitive
advantages, and inform the future of the solution.
- Data analysis: -Develop and monitor key performance indicators
and key risk indicators to measure success, propose areas for
optimization and improvement, and identify any lagging indicators
for escalation. Analyze results to identify key messages and
narratives to cascade up to executive leadership.
- Communication: -Activate the necessary communication channels
to effectively distribute updates across the organization, foster a
sense of belonging and inclusion for onshore and offshore teams,
support knowledge sharing, and contribute to organizational
transparency especially during periods of heavy change. Additional
responsibilities include:
- Activating internal and external marketing channels for
socialization of the expanding solution catalogue and demonstrating
adeptness at content creation with effective messaging and visual
appeal.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned
RSS stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted
advisor
- Working closely with various departments such as account
leadership, business development, finance, and operations to align
growth strategies and ensure cohesive execution
- Fostering a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and
creative approaches to business growth
- Track business decisions and impact to organization, P&L,
and/or operations
- Support organization's efforts to align across the Americas and
Global programs and leadership Skills and attributes for success
- Possess an understanding of the risk management landscape,
including emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory
requirements
- Manage concurrent activities and prioritize work of complex
strategic programs with tight deliverables and a strong attention
to detail
- Create effective state-of-the-business or point-of-view
presentation materials for executive updates, client discussions,
and strategic pursuits
- Design creative, effective multi-media collateral to increase
market presence and build-out the brand
- Aptitude to analyze data and identify trends/observations to
drive data-driven decision-making
- Leverage his/her background in communications and
organizational problem-solving to solve for executive level
challenges
- Communicate issues and risks to project teams and stakeholders
to provide visibility, facilitate resolution and escalate when
necessary. -To qualify for the role, you must have
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience working in executive
management or risk management role within industry, a professional
services firm, and/or accounting firm.
- 2-4 years of working experience creating effective presentation
materials for sales meetings and marketing events.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on empathy,
proactive problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks,
and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Available to travel outside of assigned office location up to
25% of the time.
- Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours
when necessary.
- A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one is
required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing,
finance, communications, or a related discipline. What we look

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where
you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the
value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in
most geographic locations in the US is $119,900 to $219,800. The
salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and
California (excluding Sacramento) is $143,900 to $249,800.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a
wide variety of factors including but not limited to education,
experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total
Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and
401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our
flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you
need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be
granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer
