SCA Network Program Specialist, Mobile Units - Remote

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Acknowledge new trip location, do all the pre-work (OneNote, Shell Building, Research)
  • Actively call parking locations until one is secured
  • Ensure all in organization members are updated with secured location, practitioners are added, and maintain shell
  • Remain in contact with practitioners and potentially location to ensure smooth operations
  • Update everything in Mednet as well as One Note
  • Send schedules weekly, and address any concerns
  • Remain in contact with new practitioners - there are sometimes questions and needs to address
  • Remain in contact with parking locations when needed
  • Keep one note up to date on trip status
  • Trip Closure: Lock down PID, follow up once a week with locked PIDs, close when all orders complete
  • Tend OneNote to keep everything archived properly
  • Research issues with Practitioner Reimbursement Issues

    • Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of work equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of experience working in a team environment
    • 2+ years of experience of clear communication and documentation skills
    • 2+ years of experience displaying relationship building skills
    • 2+ years of experience working in a fast - paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
    • 2+ years of experience using verbal, written and interpersonal means with a diverse group of people/disciplines at all levels of an organization


      Preferred Qualification:

      • 2+ years of experience contributing to the development of a provider network
