qualified candidate:Minimum of $104,900.00 salary per yearMaximum
of $144,200.00 salary per yearIn addition, all full-time employees
will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.In your new
role you will:Drive information and documentation of topics such as
quality related queries and qualification documents for customers
through Sales and MarketingWrite comprehensive reports in response
to quality issuesCooperate closely with our operations teams: Work
hand in hand with product quality engineering and reliability lab
Serve as the DCDC product line quality interface to operations to
support processes such as deviation management, product/process
changes, etc.Define and deploy quality targets for products based
on customer market and application plan and perform effective and
efficient qualifications to ensure market and customer quality
requirementsProvide leadership to cross-functional teams to resolve
customer quality, product and application issuesUse fundamental
knowledge of Semiconductor Product Quality and Reliability
principals to manage/support quality and reliability improvement
initiatives throughout the product life cycleEngage in projects and
drive Infineon's Next Level of One Quality CultureYou are best
equipped for this task if you have:B.S. in Electrical Engineering
or similar discipline5 years + of experience working with in the
semiconductor industry, including role ofKnowledge of embedded chip
processes (preferred)Failure analysis engineer, reliability
engineer and/or power semiconductor design and
characterizationIntermediate knowledge of quality, reliability, and
failure analysis principals and concepts (eg JEDEC)Knowledge of
device physics and packaging implications for failure mechanism
dentificationKnowledge and experience in statistical tools and
disciplined problem solvingMethodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Cause
and Effect, statistical analysis toolsExcellent communication
skills - Able to articulate theories, experiments, and findings
clearly to cross functional groups and customersCapability to drive
results in international
