they're making history.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a
Staff Property/Asset Management Analyst to join our team in San
Diego, CA. While we are open to this being a hybrid role it will
require someone to come into the SD office 3-4 days a
week.Responsibilities:Oversee, manage and analyze activities
associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer
and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors
are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains
property accountability records and determines condition and
arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
Lead internal and external property assessments and analyze results
for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on
contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle
management; develop, recommend, andimplement property management
policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative
to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage,
etc.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration or other related discipline with a minimum
of 14 years directly related professional work experience OR a
Master's degree with 12 years of directly related professional work
experience.Prior Property/Asset Management or Logistics experience
incl record-keeping, audits and assessments & familiarity w/ govt
disposition processes, forms and systems preferred.Ability to
acquire and maintain forklift certification.Computer proficiency
level using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, &
PowerPoint).Ability to obtain and maintain additional clearances as
necessary.Salary Range: $120,700 USD $181,100 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
