External Description: We're looking for a highly skilled Analytics
Engineer - Mobile and User Acquisition who will embrace our culture
and share his/her hard earned expertise to build analytics
pipelines that feed product dashboards and self-service tooling
that key stakeholders use to visualize the data.We're picturing
someone who is experienced in mobile game development, passionate
about analytics engineering and eager to help our teams hit their
development goals.The successful candidate will work on both our
general analytics initiatives with an additional focus on User
Acquisition.If this sounds like you, we look forward to seeing your
resume! What you'll do... Visualization: Create and maintain
dashboards using Looker for Product Managers, Engineers, and other
users. Create and maintain self-service tooling for advanced
querying used by power users. Testing & Validation: In partnership
with the User Acquisition team, create test plans for User
Acquisition Telemetry event testing. Operates as the primary
liaison between User Acquisition and Data Engineering.
Contextualize: Translate raw analytics needs/requests to
engineering requirements. Understand the mechanics of the game to
answer data engineers' questions Engineering: Maintain/leverage
existing analytical pipelines. Communication: Be the point of
contact for the game team, the Data Management team, and the
Analytics team for all things related to data and User Acquisition
engineering / technology. Ideally, you will have... Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or
equivalent experience. 3 years experience working with ETL tooling,
Analytic tooling, Relational databases, and visualization tools.
Good understanding of analytics data warehouse technologies (such
as Snowflake, BigQuery or similar technologies.) Experience
collaborating between technical and non-technical teams. Experience
using analytics tools (such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, Looker,
Tableau, PowerBI, and similar.) and log stores (Datadog, Grafana
etc) Excellent SQL skills - DML and DDL - able to write complex
SQL, multi-table joins and unions, to create dimensional models.
Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured
datasets. Intermediate programming skills developing software using
one of Python, Java, SQL and JavaScript. Bonus Experience:
Familiarity with Google Firebase and Singular Bonus Qualification:
