Job Overview:

Were looking for someone to join our busy customer success team, supporting our growing base of customers who use Minim and Motorola products to secure and manage WiFi in homes.

In this role, you will report to the TS Manager and work with the Minim technical support team on a range of activities to ensure our customers are getting the help they need. Its never a dull day at Minim Youll have the chance to work on a variety of tasks including: live technical support (phone, chat, email), documentation, data recording and more!

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle inbound support requests from customers by phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues with the customer
  • Escalate inbound support and networking requests to TS T1 team lead and TS Manager
  • Bridge the information flow between the customer and the Minim team while managing customer expectations
  • Be a champion for the customer experience
  • Learn our technology and identify areas for improvement and expansion

    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role(s)
    • Basic networking knowledge
    • Driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
    • Great time-management and multitasking skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to be flexible about working hours and take on-call shifts

      Bonus:
      • Experience with ticketing systems such as Intercom, JIRA or Zendesk
      • Speaks Spanish
