We're so much more than just a phone company!SUMMRY:Responsible for supporting and leading testing, data extraction, mapping and conversion tasks of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Will be primarily responsible for working on our Workday and Infor integration projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to HR Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, testing, configuration, conversion and data integrity for the Workday applications.Possesses comprehensive Human Resource knowledge and Information Technology skills. Extensive experience with requirements gathering and configuration. Develops appropriate system and process documentation.Will work with Delivery Manager in defining and implementing a Test business strategy to include estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities with team members. Translate requirements into functional and technical test cases and implement for thorough test coverage. Act as customer advocate in testing approach. Provide regular status and estimations against test status. Diagnose problems, report bugs, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Share knowledge and demonstrate product areas to multiple teams on an ad hoc basis. Create logs to document testing phases and defects including timelines. Work with HR and IT project managers to identify/resolve/track all issues impacting project scope and/or timeframes.This position will have access to highly confidential information and compliance with AT&T data security guidelines is required.Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts degree Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Typically 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field. Prefer 2 years of HCM experience including integrations, testing and/or conversion.Supervisory: No.Qualifications:

  • Strong functional knowledge in Human Capital Management applications (Workday strongly preferred)
  • A passion for troubleshooting & problem solving with clear and effective communication skills is required.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and confident individual with ability to work with teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, remaining agile and flexible in a challenging environment and managing multiple competing prioritiesPreferred Skills:
