We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Salesforce Developer, will review and monitor Salesforce capabilities and department needs to design effective support processing programs. The right candidate will have a sense of urgency, the ability to improve operational efficiency through thoughtful process improvement, and a strong commitment to delivering best in class service.

      About the job:
      Essential Responsibilities

      • The core responsibility is to perform development on Salesforce platform to ensure that department goals are being met, and where necessary, design program structures while outlining steps to achieve the Credit Union's goals.
      • Must proactively identify areas of product that need improvement.
      • Expected to continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals.
      • Acts as a champion for change within the department, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the customer experience and team member engagement.
      • Responsible to work closely with leads to understand the top opportunities, identify agent-centric solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
      • Will collaborate with product owners to conceive and refine project requirements, user needs, and business needs.
      • Will communicate and test the user experience at various stages of the design process.
      • Responsible for interacting with the Credit Union's key business and technical stakeholder for solution designing and architecture.
      • Contribute as a strong technical lead, who can guide the team through the solutions after reviewing with the solution architect.
      • Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
      • Responsible for contributing in all the phases of software development cycles.
      • Actively participate in code reviews of own code and of peers.
      • Will create technical documentation.
      • Will monitor, track and review the delivery to ensure the best practices and design principles are adhered into delivery.
      • Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies.Required Education/Skills and Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related technical field
        • Five years of progressive experience with SFDC platform and service cloud ecosystem, while managing 1-2 SFCD projects as a Technical Lead
        • Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I and II)
        • Must have experience developing Lightning Components
        • Through knowledge of SFDC - configuration, customization, and integration
        • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Platform
        • Experience with industry standard repo tools such as GIT
        • Strong organizational and time management skills
        • Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
        • Strong oral and written communication skills
        • PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office
