Job Description:
Unity Developer / Technical Artist (remote) We are hiring an
experienced Unity Developer / Technical Artist with Maya
experience. Responsibilities: -- Import 3D assets into Unity-- Set
up and optimize lighting and reflections in Unity-- Optimize
project in Unity to meet the performance requirements for target
platforms (mobile and desktop VR hardware)-- Collaborate with a
multi-disciplinary team of developers and UX specialists to ensure
the product vision is conveyed in an impactful and expressive
manner Qualifications: -- 8-10 years of experience as a Technical
Artist-- High level of proficiency with Unity mobile/VR
experience-- Character skills-- Game profiling experience and
performance optimization for mobile and standalone VR (Oculus)
hardware limitations-- Experience with multi-player applications--
Excellent level of proficiency with content creation tools,
particularly Maya-- Shader creation experience, ideally physically
based rendering shaders-- Excellent eye for lighting, color and
detail-- Passion for immersive experiences-- Strong initiative and
ability to work independently-- Excellent communication skills--
Experience working remotely preferred Qualified applications may be
asked to complete a skills test as part of the interview
processes.
