medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. JOB SUMMARY AND
PURPOSE As part of the Learning & Development team, the Training
Audit and Compliance Associate will generate reports from the LMS
and other data sources, build and maintaining training dashboards,
liaise with programs to promote training completion and provides
administrative and logistical support for the Learning and
Development team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Using the Learning
Management System (LMS) of the organization, generate training
reports and monitor training completion. Build training dashboards
for LMS team and Program use. Regularly liaise with Program leaders
to track training completion. Liaise with HR Compliance team
regarding training completion, assist with gathering documents for
audits Stay abreast of developments in training compliance
regulations including but not limited to state societies, state
boards and other regulatory agencies, ensuring operating manuals
and procedural documents stay current when regulations change
Oversee completion of new hire training requirements and support
new employees with navigating the firm's professional development
and compliance policies and procedures, including educating staff
on regulatory agency requirements and facilitating training
sessions for staff on compliance topics Support short- and
long-term compliance projects Provides administrative support of
the Learning Management System including: Adding courses to the LMS
course catalog Assigning courses to learners, ensuring learners
have required log-ins Following-up with learners, instructors,
and/or management based on report information Ensuring the LMS
system?s course information and other types of information are
always current Collaborating with HR to ensure employees are added
to learning paths as necessary based on hiring, promotions, etc.
Support with building and maintaining training dashboards and other
data sets Running, scheduling, and reviewing reports Learning and
Development Team Administrative and logistical support: Assists
with the training team scheduling and logistics including (but not
limited to): Scheduling and/or booking training rooms in both
in-house and rented locations Printing and coordinating the
distribution of training materials Arranging food and beverage
service for trainings Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees
after training sessions Maintaining up-to-date training records and
database(s) Overseeing the inventory and ordering of training
products and supplies Validating that trainees have log-ins for
training systems Other tasks as directed by Learning and
Development Senior Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES An essential function
of this position requires incumbents to report to the office Works
with LMS team and programs to ensure training completion data is up
to date; develops and retains expertise on operations of LMS;
monitors organizational use of LMS Liaise with HR Compliance team
regarding training records Liaise with Program Leadership regarding
training completion Assist Administration of LMS, including
creation and maintenance of training dashboard Assists logistics
and administration of Learning and Development Team, including:
Scheduling and/or booking training rooms in both in-house and
rented locations Printing and coordinating the distribution of
training materials Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees
after training sessions Maintaining up-to-date training records and
database(s) Overseeing the inventory and ordering of training
products and supplies Creates reports of usage and effectiveness of
LMS, works with programs to market LMS and identify new courses
required Other duties as required and is subject to change at any
time. MANDATED REPORTER As service providers to the underprivileged
and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered
Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or
sexual abuse to proper authorities. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check,
including criminal history, personal references, employment and
education verifications Ability to perform under circumstances of
possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult,
uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves
the neediest of the needy in our programs which may include clients
with homelessness, mental-illness, substance abuse, recently
released from incarceration and other challenges EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree in Data Management or related field (or a
combination of experience and education of 2 years) EXPERIENCE: Two
years of experience in Data Management work environment, as an
administrative assistant, or other similar role. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a training environment Familiarity
with social services and related issues Skill in use of database
applications Strong computer skills (including typing, emails,
software use), Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with UKG
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Volunteers of America is an Equal
