The Associate Director of Human Resources is an integral member of the organization and leadership team at GT's Living Foods. The Associate Director of HR will report into the Head of HR and will provide leadership on people related initiatives, guiding the strategic implementation of new programs, analyzing data/metrics to deliver strategic recommendations and tactical leadership in maintenance of existing programs to ensure constant compliance in the functional areas of HR Operations and Employee Relations. Typical responsibilities of this role include: Partnering with L&D, Comp/Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Leaders on key initiatives, assisting in the coordination of key activities throughout the calendar year such as compensation planning, succession planning, bonus programs, etc.; Assists with benchmarks for measuring performance of the organization from a people operations perspective including retention, turnover, employee engagement, and goal setting. - Monitor and analyze HR Operations accomplishments vs goals; Mentors, develops, and manages performance of individuals in the HR Operations team; ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Assists in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; Serves on planning and policy-making committees; Acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders advising in matters involving Risk & Safety and Legal functions; Making recommendations in wage & hour and EPL matters in partnership with Head of HR and Legal; Serving as a senior leader within the HR department and to the company at large.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced sometimes pressured situations.
  
• Able to set and meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence others in a collaborative manner and navigate adversarial conversations
  
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State & local laws, including Title VII, ADA, Wage & Hour, and Leaves
  
• Strong HR knowledge; ability to guide benefits and compensation planning, including incentive programs
  
• Ability to select and hire talented people
  
• 15 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 7 years of managing people
  
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with senior leaders in strategic initiatives
  
• HR Certification a plus
  
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
  
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
  
• $120,000. - $150,000. bonus eligible -
