Searches for and finds active and passive candidates through social network, niche platforms, and other avenues. Develops and utilizes internet mining strategies to locate and recruit candidates. Defines, refines, executes, and communicates search strategies for open positions. Assists in determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Contacts candidates and reviews online portfolios and resumes to research and pre-screen candidates. Passes the most qualified talent to the recruitment team. Creates interest and drives talent to the Organization and engages potential candidates, creates candidate pipelines, and works to build and strengthen the employer brand. Develops a network of potential candidates through industry-related groups, organizations, and academic institutions. Documents interactions, outreach, and screening results. Assists potential candidates through the interview and hiring processes. The annual base salary range for this position is $68,640- $112.370. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations Minimum Education:
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
--- 1-3 years recruiting/sourcing experience required
--- Social Media and Internet research experience required
--- Experience in developing talent pipelines & communities

Required License/Certification:
--- Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
