Frazer Jones is partnering with a rapidly growing client in their efforts to hire a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter for a high-end luxury beauty brand in the Calabasas, LA area, on-site full time. The team is looking for a STAR to come aboard the team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about growing the brand.
The recruiter will manage the hiring process; recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified applicants for open positions; collaborate with the client or department to understand skills and competencies required for openings. The candidate must be trustworthy, possess good judgment, and possess the ability to work with confidential information. This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and can complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years+ year experience in the beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries.
