Adecco Staffing is seeking an HR Generalist to join our clients' team in the Tarzana, CA area! Must be OK working onsite Responsibilities :

Administer compensation and benefit plans
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Ensure compliance with labor regulations Requirements:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures in state of California
Excellent communication and people skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems Compensation for this opportunity is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 based on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, supplemental life insurance, PTO, and 401k.
