Manager formulates and manages programs relative to selection,
training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. -
Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust
disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary
actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. - Administers
employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser
to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs,

5 years of relevant experience required.2. - - - - - - - Masters
Degree preferred3. - - - - - - - At least 2 Years of Healthcare

hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay
practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.5. -

Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required. -Encino

options. - Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e.
full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. - A reasonable
compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated
wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $87,360.00 to
$116,979.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation
to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an
applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of
factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill
set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to
participate in the Companys annual discretionary bonus program.

which include but are not limited to individual and Company
