for charity and counting.Position Intro:Humble Bundle is looking
for an experienced HR director to partner with the Humble Bundle
leadership team to drive strategic HR work and initiatives across
the organization. The role will report to the VP of HR of Ziff
Davis (Humble Bundles parent company) and will be a dedicated
partner to Humble Bundle.Responsibilities:
Establish and implement HR plans that
optimally communicate and support the companys mission, vision, and
values, with a constant focus on the impact on employeesPartner
with leadership on organizational planning and to align HR strategy
with business objectivesBe responsible for and lead all aspects of
the employee lifecycle, including domestic and international
recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management,
promotions, job changes, leaves of absence, relocations,
terminations, and the exit processSupport a positive and
well-rounded employee experience by contributing to culture
definition and conducting employee surveys and feedback
sessionsEnsure people-operations matters such as visas and
immigration-related issues, I-9s, workplace safety,
contractor/freelancer processing, and remote work policies are
handled accurately and consistentlyContribute to the sourcing of
candidates through internship program development, university
relations initiatives, and other networking effortsDrive annual
bonus and salary planning processes; make salary recommendations
for new hires, promotions, and equity adjustments; conduct market
analysis; and participate in headcount approval processFacilitate
employee and organizational development through job leveling
efforts, career matrix development, succession planning, and
workplace trainingProvide mentoring to management and employees to
resolve conflicts, improve team efficiency, and ensure support of
organizational changes and business plansOffer day-to-day coaching
and performance management guidance, including ongoing leadership
coaching for key executives; work with managers and employees to
build strong work relationships that contribute to high morale,
productivity, and retentionUse data and analytics to assess and
define the talent needs across the organization; report key
learnings to leadership on an ongoing basisDefine and support
diversity and inclusion effortsDevelop effective change management
programs (reorgs, restructures, acquisitions, etc.) and help
management work through organizational design to promote role
clarity at the individual and team levelRequirements
10 years HR experience; 5 years
experience as a senior HR leader; 3+ years of HR team management
experience, preferably including recruitment and
compensationBachelors degree in a related fieldDemonstrable track
record leading and delivering high-quality enterprise-wide HR
servicesShown success applying employee attraction, engagement, and
retention strategiesOutstanding interpersonal and communications
skillsResults-oriented, with an ability to work
independentlySelf-starter, highly motivated with ability to adapt
to constantly changing environmentAbility to handle highly
sensitive, high-risk HR issues and use utmost discretionHumble
