CannonDesign has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner in our Los Angeles office. ABOUT THE ROLE The successful candidate will be part of our firm-wide Human Resources team and will support multiple offices. One of your most important contributions will be to partner with office leadership to become a trusted advisor.-- WHAT YOU WILL DO -Provide a high level of Human Resources support to leadership, managers and staff including but not limited to the following:

  • Provide coaching and training to leaders, managers, and staff.
  • Participate in performance, staff development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle onboarding, immigration, performance and exit interviews for staff.
  • Handle full cycle recruitment-- ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
    • 10+ years of experience performing in an HR generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations is required.--
    • Experience in working effectively in a multi-location, matrixed environment is essential.
    • Experienced and knowledgeable regarding employment regulations, including deep knowledge of California-specific employment regulations, leaves, etc.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting diverse talent in a competitive environment.
    • Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant and talent/performance management platforms. ABOUT WORKING HERE
