Reporting to the Administrative Secretary of Nursing Office. This
position performs secretarial and general office work for Nursing
Administration. Qualifications Qualifications:
- 1 year Staffing Coordinator or Unit Coordinator preferred.
- Medical Terminology highly recommended.
- Requires ability in using MicroSoft Word, Excel, E-Mail and
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual (Spanish)
- Demonstrates a good knowledge of English spelling and grammar,
and Medical Terminology.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service with sensitivity
to age, cultural and ethnic differences among patients served.
- Office equipment, such as Xerox, calculators, facsimile
machines, telephones, typewriters, files/file cabinets, etc.
