Reporting to the Administrative Secretary of Nursing Office. This position performs secretarial and general office work for Nursing Administration. Qualifications Qualifications:

  • 1 year Staffing Coordinator or Unit Coordinator preferred.
  • Medical Terminology highly recommended.
  • Requires ability in using MicroSoft Word, Excel, E-Mail and Fastaff.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Demonstrates a good knowledge of English spelling and grammar, and Medical Terminology.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service with sensitivity to age, cultural and ethnic differences among patients served.
