We launched our LA office back in 2020 and have gone from strength to strength with record-breaking months that SODA has never seen before. With the great success that we have had, we are looking to speak to recruiters who have experience in technical recruitment to join our highly successful LA (Manhattan beach) SODA, squad. This is a strategic hire for us, and we are looking for someone entrepreneurial who will help shape our vision, growth, and strategy across next year and beyond

    Role responsibilities as an Executive Recruiter:
    • Business development
    • Identify talent trends and leverage relative market knowledge
    • Developing new clients across the creative space
    • Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, to engage with clients.
    • Be innovative! Experiment with next-generation advertising and sourcing techniques
    • Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent
    • Brief candidates around the role responsibilities
    • Research and attend training to become a recruitment expert in your space
    • Negotiate terms of business and salaries for candidates.
      What we look for in an Executive Recruiter:
      • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience
      • Full-Desk Recruiting experience
      • Business Development or sales experience is a must
      • Experience recruiting into Tech or Digital markets
      • Ambition, determination, and passion to succeed
      • The ability to motivate and inspire other people
