A company is looking for a Supplier Payments Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Operations Associates to meet or exceed service
level agreements (SLAs)
Coach and develop team members to enhance their professional growth
and performance
Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring
timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve strategic and
operational goals
Strong experience in process development and continuous improvement
initiatives
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with
additional business tools is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with
shifting priorities
