Must-haves to apply for this job:
--- High School diploma or equivalent
--- Hands-on experience working on a production line
--- Basic computer skills
--- Be physically able to perform the essential job functions including lifting up to 40 lbs throughout the day and standing for long periods of time

Other things to know about this job:
--- Work a Pitman Schedule - 4 days 12 hour shifts one week, 3 days 12 hour shifts the next, resulting in 84 hours per bi-weekly pay period (76 regular hours and 8 overtime hours). This schedule requires working every other weekend. Working holidays is dependent on production demand.

In this job, you'll do things like:
--- Never get bored leading a team in the production of the finest pepper sauce in the world through good manufacturing practices, attention to quality, and a focus on safety and cleanliness.
--- Ensure your production line is adequately staffed in order to complete the schedule in an efficient manner
--- Learn to operate a variety of highly sophisticated food packing machines, like Shrink Wrap/Heat Tunnel/Case Packer Sealer, Capper/Filler, Labeler or Cartoner and make minor adjustments to production equipment to achieve and maintain peak performance levels
--- Collaborate with other teams throughout the factory to ensure the right products are being made at the right time
--- Communicate with each team member regularly regarding production goals, safety requirements and factory policies
--- Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop your team members through constant communication, holding regularly scheduled 1:1s, performing the annual performance management process with each team member and ensuring all team members are properly trained and cross-trained

--- Prior management experience with a team on a production line
--- Experience working in production in the food industry
