Our Cambria Hotel Calabasas is currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping Department to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Position Responsibilities:

--- Managing the Department Associates and P&L

--- Interviewing, hiring, disciplining and motivating Housekeeping staff

--- Implement 247Hotels and Brand operational procedures for the housekeeping department

--- Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service

--- Assign and inspect rooms daily

--- Controls ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.

--- Reviews all costs associated with the Department and approve budgeted expenses using checkbook accounting methods

--- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.
