Full Time Sous Chef Needed, Flexible schedule able to work
weekends.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Performing multi-functional duties related to supervision, food
preparation, set-up, service and clean-up.
- Assisting in training, coaching and mentoring kitchen staff
- Ensuring proper storage of kitchen equipment and handling of food
to meet health department requirements as well as Belmont Village's
Standards of Cleanliness and Sanitation as described in the
Policies and Procedures manual.
