Christian Community Credit Union (CCCU) is seeking a full-time Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I to train in the San Dimas, CA branch and then work locally remote.The Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I position earns a competitive wage of $17.05 to $18.05/hour, depending on experience, plus a salary differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) skills. The Credit Union has grown to over $800 million in asset size and is ranked in the top 10% of all credit unions in the United States.As a Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I, you use excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide quality customer service via mail, phone, email, Live Chat, fax, and other channels. With attention to detail, good telephone techniques, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, you assist customers with monetary and non-monetary transactions, process loan pre-approvals, and resolve problems by clarifying issues. Using cross-selling experience, you establish new memberships and recognize opportunities for Credit Union growth and retention. Your ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks and interruptions will help enhance the Credit Union's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while promoting team participation on a departmental and organizational level.The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of banking and customer service experience, cross-selling experience, and be available to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:30pm; Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (40 hours per week). A minimum one year of experience dealing with the public in a call center environment, bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, knowledge of MS Word & Excel, and knowledge of accounting principles are all strongly preferred.
