** We are located in Northridge, CA **
As a Client Service Coordinator, you are responsible for completing all employment, education, tenant and reference verifications for the company. Working closely with our third-party vendors, providing real-time updates to clients and the client services team to relay delay information. Data collection and accurate record keeping is essential in this crucial role as this data is reported to potential employers and property management companies for review.
Pay rate: $17/hr-$19/hr
Job Duties:
Verify past employment, education, tenant and references of 75+ applicants daily
Make between 60 to 90 calls, emails and faxes each day to complete the verification process
Notate and document in real-time attempts made so all departments can have real-time access to status and expected delivery dates
Prepare accurate and grammatically correct reports summarizing the data collected from research and verification interviews performed
Handle personal identifying information confidently and responsibly
Maintain daily performance level that meets or exceeds the establish goal for the department
Protect company, applicant and customer information in accordance with company policy and procedure
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
2+ years of customer service, research or investigative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with researching public information on the web
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Experience working with sensitive data and keeping confidential information confidential
Strong Computer Literacy & excellent systems knowledge
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Taz Works and Compliance Systems experience
Positive attitude with a self-driven sense of urgency
