Amen Clinics are outpatient health care clinics that have been providing mental wellness strategies to patients of all ages since 1989. Amen Clinics employs an array of healthcare professionals across our nationwide locations, including: psychiatrists, integrative physicians, nutritionists, therapists and wellness coaches. These practitioners have diverse educational backgrounds and specialties and are skilled at treating patients in the least harmful, most effective means possible. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Director of Marketing and Business Development and the employees within those divisions, assisting in daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities of the department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

--- Data entry requirements in CRM
--- Assist in preparing and delivering reports, maintaining ongoing reports
--- Having the ability to clearly communicate status on deliverables
--- Organizing and planning events for the clinics and business development team
--- Scheduling meetings and taking detailed minutes.
--- Excellent phone and written etiquette
--- Ability to produce financial and statistical metrics and charts.
--- Professional and positive demeanor
--- Must possess a proactive mentality
--- Update and maintain division policies and procedures
--- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

--- AA/Bachelor's Degree preferred
--- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM's and database management
--- Must have strong references
--- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant
--- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
--- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
--- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Must be able to self-start and self-direct
--- Must be able to help organize logistics on local and national events
--- Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment
--- Ability to multi-task and shift projects
--- Ability to learn new programs quickly to sustain and grow the business
--- Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance and the use of a car for work related meetings and events

--- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop or bend
--- Some travel is required
--- Occasionally the need to lift boxes of medium to heavy weight
