Pay: $1,520 to $1,680 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00/Hourly. Summary: An Orthopedic
Technician assists orthopedic physicians in the treatment and care
of patients with bone, joint, and musculoskeletal injuries or
conditions. Orthopedic technicians support procedures such as
applying casts and splints, assisting with fracture care, preparing
patients for orthopedic treatments, and maintaining orthopedic
equipment. Responsibilities: ?Assist orthopedic physicians with
patient examinations and procedures. Apply and remove casts,
splints, braces, and orthopedic supports. Prepare and position
patients for orthopedic treatments and minor procedures. Assist in
the care and management of fractures, dislocations, and
musculoskeletal injuries. Educate patients on proper cast care,
brace use, and injury recovery. Remove sutures, staples, or
dressings as directed by the physician. Requirements Requirements:
Must hold the OTC certification from NBCOT. Orthopaedic
Technologist Certified (OTC) Required. Outpatient experience
required. BLS Certification, 2 - year experience Required. Benefits
