(OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to
work with an elementary school caseload in Van Nuys, CA. This
contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from
8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, beginning as soon as possible and continuing
through June 12, 2026. The role requires onsite presence at an
elementary school setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide
occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students within
the school environment. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and
families to support student development and participation. Develop
and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student
needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance
with school regulations and therapy standards. Attend meetings and
participate in team collaboration to enhance student outcomes.
Desired Qualifications: Active and valid Occupational Therapy
Assistant license in California. Proven experience delivering
occupational therapy services in a school-based setting. Strong
communication skills and ability to engage effectively with
students, parents, and school staff. Comfortable working onsite in
an elementary school environment. Benefits include a structured
