Benefits The pay for this position is $50/hr - $55/hr depending on

Retirement Plan Responsibilities Monday-Friday (Work / Life
Balance) No night or weekend calls Interview, coordinate, and plan
programs and activities to meet the psychosocial needs of the
patient Provide consultation and education Work with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being
of the patient Conduct intake and assessment of patients' available
resources and needs Formulate assessments and direct treatment
accordingly Develop an individual-based and/or group-based
treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and
other life issues Maintain quality assurance of the program
Maintain confidentiality at all times Requirements Bilingual
English/Spanish - Able to conduct the full assessment without an
interpreter 1 year of perinatal experience Current CA LCSW License
