Job Description:
Sports Physical Therapy (SPT) is seeking a dedicated Lead
Physical Therapist who is eager to advance their career in sports
medicine and athletic wellness. Our team specializes in providing
cutting-edge physical therapy services, designed to help athletes
recover from injuries and enhance their performance. The ideal
candidate will lead our therapy team, oversee clinical operations,
and ensure the delivery of exceptional care tailored to our
patients' specific athletic needs. Develop and implement
specialized physical therapy programs tailored to athlete needs.
Supervise and mentor junior therapists and support staff.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate and optimize
patient care. Manage patient care documentation and compliance with
regulatory requirements. Lead educational workshops for staff to
ensure best practices in sports physical therapy. Expertise in
sports medicine and physical therapy techniques. Strong leadership
and team management skills. Ability to design and implement
clinical operations and programs. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in using healthcare IT systems for
patient management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Licensed to practice Physical Therapy. Certification
in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) preferred.
