LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Transplant for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Transplant - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Transplant Project Manager to support the optimization of kidney transplant processes and workflows. This role will focus on project management, process improvement, and coordination of transplant program initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead process optimization initiatives for kidney transplant program workflows. - Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow mapping, and operational guidelines. - Write and update policies and procedures related to transplant program operations. - Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements. - Implement new or revised processes and support staff training on updated procedures. - Collaborate with transplant coordinators, physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure program effectiveness. - Support quality improvement and performance initiatives within the transplant program. - Monitor compliance with regulatory and transplant program standards. Required Skills & Experience - Active California RN License - Transplant Coordinator experience required - Experience in process improvement, workflow mapping, and documentation - Experience writing policies and procedures - Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications - Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred - Nurse Manager or leadership experience preferred - Experience with transplant quality programs or performance improvement initiatives About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
