7:30a-4p Shift Type: Days Rate: $3,072/40-hours Requirements:
Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in case
management, utilization review, or clinical coordination preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. BLS
required; CCM or specialty case management certification preferred.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop individualized
care plans. Review treatment plans, hospital stays, and services
for medical necessity. Collaborate with providers,
interdisciplinary teams, and insurance entities. Educate patients
and families on care plans and available resources. Document care,
