This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a team of 49 physicians, covering both Sherman Oaks Hospital and Encino Hospital Medical Center, with a balanced schedule and professional autonomy. Position Highlights - Employment Options: 1099 independent contractor - Practice Scope: Hospitalist care with 15-20 patient encounters per day; open ICU with Pulmonary consultant - Setting: Sherman Oaks Hospital & Encino Hospital Medical Center(per 7-day block) - Schedule: Primarily day-shift coverage with 7-on/7-off schedule; no requirement to stay for full shift - Candidate Eligibility: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Compensation & Benefits - Collections model (1st year base guarantee is negotiable) - Post-acute opportunity for additional revenue - Malpractice insurance provided About Encino Hospital Medical Center Encino Hospital Medical Center is a leading acute-care facility serving the Burbank and greater Los Angeles area.
