Job Description Location: Apple Valley, California – Nestled in
Southern California’s scenic High Desert, Apple Valley offers

Facility: A trusted community hospital dedicated to providing
compassionate, high-quality care to Apple Valley and surrounding
areas. The hospitalist team collaborates closely with
multidisciplinary colleagues and is supported by Intensivists to
ensure seamless patient transitions and coordinated care.
Opportunity: Seeking Hospitalists to join established team Details:
Join a cohesive hospital medicine team of 17 hospitalists and 3
Nurse Practitioners. Schedule: Swing shift, 12-hour shifts (3p–3a),
averaging 16 shifts per month. Environment: Open ICU; no procedures
required. EMR: Epic, with access to internal informatics platform.
Collaboration: Close working relationships with other departments
for optimal patient care. Eligibility: Open to Internal Medicine
and Family Medicine candidates (board-certified or board-eligible).
Education: New graduates, residents, and fellows encouraged to
apply. Community Focus: Opportunities to participate in local

community-centered medical group. Compensation: Annual
Compensation: $330,000–$340,000, based on shifts worked. Benefits:
