Occupational Therapist (PACE Program) Pay Range: $60 to $65/hr
(clinic) & $90 to $100/hr (home visits) Schedule: Part-time (2-3
days per week) Requirements to Apply Minimum of 2 years of
experience as an Occupational Therapist At least 1 year working
with frail or elderly populations or successful completion of
employer-provided training and competency Current California
Occupational Therapy license NBCOT certification Strong knowledge
of ADL evaluation, adaptive equipment, orthotics, sensory-motor
integration, upper motor neuron disease, and rheumatology
Occupational Therapist Job in Los Angeles, CA – PACE Setting –
Clinic & Home-Based Care – Part-Time Schedule Job Overview This
Occupational Therapist role supports a PACE (Program of
All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) population through a mix of
clinic-based care in the mornings and home visits in the
afternoons, typically 2–3 days per week. The OT plays a critical
role in promoting participant independence, safety, and quality of
life through individualized, functional, and participant-centered
care. You’ll conduct comprehensive occupational therapy
evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and reassess
progress in accordance with PACE regulations. Care is delivered
both in the PACE Center and in participants’ homes, requiring
strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and collaboration with an
interdisciplinary team. This role also includes supervision of
COTAs, home safety evaluations, equipment recommendations, and
education for participants, families, caregivers, and staff. Key
Responsibilities Conduct in-person OT assessments upon enrollment
and as required by PACE regulations Plan and deliver individualized
and group therapy sessions Perform home evaluations to assess
safety, accessibility, and equipment needs Maintain accurate,
timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress
notes Direct, supervise, and evaluate COTAs, including initial and
annual competencies Ensure therapy equipment is safe, functional,
