with a focus on oncology nursing and a commitment to delivering
expert outpatient care. The role requires flexibility as it
involves floating between multiple oncology specialty clinics
within a prominent healthcare network in Los Angeles, including
Encino, Santa Clarita, Porter Ranch, and Burbank locations. With a
structured schedule of four 10-hour day shifts (7:30 AM to 5:30
PM), this position offers a balance of consistent hours without
weekend duties. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN
license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification essential Minimum 2-3
years of outpatient oncology experience CPR certification mandatory
Ability to float among multiple clinics smoothly and effectively
Professional appearance; navy blue scrubs required
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in outpatient
oncology settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
manage patient care plans Administer medications, coordinate
treatments, and monitor patient progress Educate patients and
families on disease management and treatments Adapt to varying
clinic environments and patient populations due to floating nature
