Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district in Inyokern, CA, is seeking a qualified Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support K-12 students throughout the academic year. This onsite contract position will have a caseload of over 30 students and include supervisory responsibilities for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct behavior analytic services to students across the district Supervise and train RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive outcomes Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting Proven ability to manage multiple cases and supervise support staff effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Location and Schedule: Position based in Inyokern, CA, serving a district-wide caseload Full-time, onsite role from August 6, 2026, to May 28, 2027 40 hours per week This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success through applied behavior analysis within a supportive educational environment.
