Whether youre a personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, dancer, or physical therapy aide , this is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and help clients improve mobility and quality of life. What Youll Do: Provide 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions Customize sessions based on client needs Educate clients on mobility techniques and daily tips Help build a positive studio vibe and encourage memberships Pay & Perks: $23/hr when working with clients $14/hr for non-client time $10$20 in tips per session (on average) Paid training & continuing education (StretchLab Flexologist Training Program) Fun, supportive, and team-driven work environment Requirements: Certification or degree in a related field (NASM, ACE, massage therapy, yoga, etc.) Former collegiate/pro athletes with anatomy experience also considered Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication and people skills Empathy, energy, and a passion for helping others Availability: Flexible part-time schedule. Shifts are typically 5 hours, with some weekend availability required.
