This position is in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages. Monitor patient vitals and assess maternal and fetal well-being. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: Current RN license in California. Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience. BLS and ACLS certification required; NRP certification is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
