Department/Unit: Cardiovascular Unit Salary Range: $50 to $70 per
hour Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Number of
Positions Available: 4 Job Summary: Elitecare Medical Staffing is
seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join
our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team in Fresno, CA.
The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in providing
care for TAVR patients and utilizing Continuous Renal Replacement
Therapy (CRRT) with Prismaflex. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU, ensuring
adherence to established protocols and standards. Monitor and
assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and cardiac
rhythms, and respond to changes in patient status. Administer
medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their
families about treatment plans, post-operative care, and health
maintenance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient
care and progress. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and
procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Participate in
quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work
environment. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of
California. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CVICU or similar
critical care setting. Extensive experience with TAVR patients and
proficiency in CRRT (Prismaflex). Strong critical thinking,
assessment, and clinical skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
high-pressure environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Why Join Us?
