Job Description:
Supports the Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Patient
Safety programs through investigation and analysis of potential and
actual adverse events, claims, and regulatory compliance and
accreditation related occurrences or deficiencies, participation in
Root Cause and Intense Analyses, and relevant committee attendance.

Degree in Clinical or Healthcare related discipline. California
Registered Nurse License upon hire. Membership in the American
Society of Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM), or to be obtained
within the first year of hire 3 years of recent clinical experience
in a hospital-based healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Clinical or Healthcare related discipline.
Certified Professional Health Care Risk Management upon hire. 1

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidates placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Providence offers a
